Job Description

Overview: Seeking an organized and customer-focused Patient Services Coordinator to manage front desk operations.
Responsibilities: Greet patients, schedule appointments, handle phone and email inquiries, and manage office correspondence.
Operations: Verify insurance coverage, process billing and payments, manage patient records, and update calendar schedules.
Coordination: Remind patients of upcoming visits, assist with specialist referrals, and coordinate ongoing care.
Environment: Fast-paced, client-focused setting requiring active multitasking and strong team collaboration.

Salary Range

full-time $32,000 - $40,000 per year
