Key Responsibilities:
Operate and oversee high-performance manufacturing machinery in a fast-paced environment, maintaining safety and efficiency standards.
Load, unload, and perform machine setups and tooling changes to ensure smooth production flow.
Conduct inspections of products to identify defects, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, and escalate concerns promptly to uphold quality.
Maintain organized workstations, stock materials and tools, and consistently meet or exceed daily production goals.
Record quality and production data accurately using systems such as SAP, MES, and Go-Canvas.
Collaborate effectively within a team environment, demonstrating flexibility by multitasking across various machines and responsibilities.
Perform physical tasks including walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs., all while following safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 6 months experience in manufacturing or production.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to read and follow instructions and safety procedures in English.
Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.
Knowledge of powered and pneumatic hand tools is a plus.
Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
Physical ability to stand for 8-10+ hours and perform manual tasks safely.

2nd Shift: Mon - Fri 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm
3rd Shift: Sun - Thurs 9:00 pm - 5:00 am

Pay Details: $18.97 to $20.97 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
