Front Office Receptionist/Administrator (Part-Time)

Position Overview

We're seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Office Receptionist/Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, averaging 20 hours per week . This is a busy office, and this role is the first point of contact for our clients, playing a key part in creating a positive, personalized experience even during our fastest-paced moments.

What You'll Do

• Greet clients warmly and professionally as they arrive, setting the tone for their visit
• Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, and manage the front desk calendar
• Check clients in and out, and maintain accurate, organized records
• Accurately process client payments and confidently handle end-of-day cash-out and reconciliation
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
• Maintain an organized, efficient front office, keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly
• Assist with basic administrative and office management tasks as needed
• Support social media efforts where applicable (posting, responding to messages/comments, or assisting with content)
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, discretion, and client comfort at all times

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in customer service or a front-desk/receptionist role
• Comfortable and accurate handling client payments and end-of-day cash-out procedures
• A friendly, warm disposition with excellent people skills
• Strong professionalism and the ability to maintain client confidentiality
• General comfort working with computers and everyday office technology (no specialized software experience required at this time; we may implement a dedicated system in the future)
• Some experience with social media platforms is a plus, but not required
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy office environment
• Clear, articulate communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• A positive, highly motivated attitude, with an upbeat, joyful energy that clients can feel from the moment they walk in
• A genuine interest in helping people feel comfortable and welcome

Compensation

$19/hour to start

Schedule

• Part-time, averaging approximately 20 hours per week
• Must be available Saturday mornings, in addition to hours during the week
• Specific days/hours to be discussed based on practice needs and candidate availability
