As a Retail Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic retail location, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers, associates, and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, communicate professionally, and provide customer-focused assistance while demonstrating the integrity, reliability, teamwork, and caring culture that define Allied Universal.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to shoppers, store associates, and visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents, customer disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Monitor access points, deliveries, and restricted areas in accordance with site-specific requirements, and document observations and incidents accurately.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly retail environment by providing a visible presence and communicating professionally with customers, employees, and local responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
